The kick-off marks the beginning of the Lean & Green Summer Start. We will spend some time getting to know each other. Additionally, we will elaborate on the steps that are required for the program. Since the action plan is crucial for Lean & Green, we’ll go over it to understand the neccesary steps of the program. Participants will also start deciding on the scope for the analysis and take a look at the dashboard, that we will work with.
